About GIUSEPPINO CHÉLI
GIUSEPPINO CHÉLI is an online store based in Aprilia, Italy, selling wireless mice and portable speakers for desks, kitchens and small rooms. We started because we were tired of buying electronics that looked good in photographs and disappointed in use, and we decided to keep our range short enough that we could check every single unit ourselves.
Our shelves hold two kinds of product and no filler. Each one is opened, set up and tested in Aprilia before it is packed: wireless mice and Bluetooth speakers. If something fails that check — a scale that reads differently twice in a row, a switch that has lost its click, a speaker that distorts — it does not go out to a customer. When an item does not meet the standard, we would rather drop it from the catalogue than explain it away.
We are a small operation, and that is deliberate. Orders placed before the end of a working day are usually packed the next morning and leave Aprilia within 1–3 business days, with tracking. We write our own product descriptions, we answer our own email in English, and if you ask which of two models suits you better, you get an answer rather than a link.
Returns are simple: 30 days from delivery on unused items, plus the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for EU customers. If a parcel arrives damaged, write to us within 48 hours with a photograph; if it never arrives, tell us within 7 days of the expected date and we will chase the carrier ourselves.
You can reach us at service@giuseppinocheli.shop or +39 338 6209571, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 CET. Our postal address is Via Delle Tortore 19, 04011 Aprilia, Latina, Italy.
